Find Out MoreSo, if you want to get the most out of outside areas, whilst adding essential space, light, and kerb appeal, here is another recent example of our exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail.
With a growing family, space was the biggest issue here. Working with a modestly sized garden and interior, a custom conservatory design was agreed. To get the most out of the location, an open-corner style Deceuninck sliding patio door arrangement was chosen to really let the outside in.

With a more contemporary design in mind, attractive Anthracite Grey frames were chosen alongside a sophisticated LivinRoof pelmet and a decorative cornice gutter. Able to achieve impressive U-values, the highly insulating internal pelmet provides a place where lights can be installed which simply would not be possible with a standard conservatory structure. A matching entrance door is also incorporated onto the side of the structure, for absolute ease of access.
A chalky & earthy tone, anthracite grey is very dark and is near-black. Anthracite grey is more of an alternative to black and creates a sophisticated softer finish, compared to black. It can also look slightly warmer and more naturalistic as it has more of a green-grey hint.
RAL colours are used to identify standard colours for varnish, powder coating, and plastics. It is the most popular Central European colour standard used in architecture, construction, and road safety. RAL 7016, is the number used to identify “Anthracite Grey”.
Anthracite itself is a form of coal used in thermal power stations for generating electricity. The name Anthracite grey originates from this and is a popular choice in furniture, home decor, and graphic design projects.
Effectively reducing glare, controlling extreme temperatures, and remaining low maintenance thanks to proactive self-cleaning glass, the thermally sound Ultraframe glazed roof is supported by highly insulative solid walls, as well as high performance windows and doors.
