Planning Permissions & Building Regulations

Conservatories are typically considered to be Permitted Development, which means they don’t require planning permission. Planning legislation has actually been relaxed in recent years, making it a far more straightforward process for you to add extra space to your home. However, it is still required under certain circumstances and these are summarised here for you.
