1. How much will I pay for my windows, conservatory or fascias?

We are so confident in the products that we use that we guarantee all of our PVCu products for ten years, all sealed units are guaranteed for five years, all moving parts are guaranteed by their manufacturers for twelve months.

Should you have any problems with our products whether it is with materials or workmanship just give us a call and we undertake or replace the faulty parts free of charge.

For peace of mind we also offer an insurance backed guarantee if you wish to purchase one. We do not roll this into our prices and leave this decision to the individual consumer. We do however guarantee all deposits that are taken when an order is placed.

This guarantee basically means that if Stormclad cease trading your guarantee will be honoured by the Independent Warranty Association.
